The front desk staff has always been SO incredibly rude. Every time I call, they're disrespectful. When my dog was a patient there, they were not helpful at all, and just plain rude. I don't like the way my dog was treated AT ALL, hence us leaving after we finished out our packages we purchased. Now, present day, I just called to get my dogs records for his new vet. The front desk said she could not tell me anything because I was not on the account. So.. I could take him to appointments and pay hundreds-thousands of dollars.... read more
