Very knowledgeable and professional.
Terrible company! with terrible customer service / service period. No consideration for the amount of time they make you wait for a service call. Sounds like everyone is working from home, you hear kids screaming and shouting when trying to talk to them. They answer emails days later. Would not recommend this company at all. Seems like they have no techs working at all.
