I have hired Irving and his team multiple times in renovating an old home and could not have been more pleased. They are super diligent, pay attention to detail, honest and extremely hardworking (staying late even on weekends to make sure the project gets completed). I’ve had them repair the drywall for the entire basement which had 60+ holes and entire areas uncovered for electrical rewiring, paint my kitchen and frame a new wall and have been more than satisfied with all of the projects. Highly recommend them!!

IVA helped us drywall our new construction home in West Seattle. It was a large project (3600 sqft home) and the team did a fantastic job completing the project on time and on budget. They completed the surfaces with a smooth finish and the end product was phenomenal. Highly recommend and will definitely work with again.

I had a great experience with IVA. I kept adding stuff on to the project and they didn’t bat an eye. They were really affordable and nice people. I left them alone in the house many times and felt they were trustworthy and responsible. I would recommend them to anyone and I’d use them again.
