This company might have been a good cleaning company but for sure their customer engagement is very poor. After receiving a quote from them I have been chasing them multiple times asking for their availability to book them but they totally ignored me despite reading my messages (what’sapp screenshots are available). They could just get back to me and tell me they are not available!! Highly recommend IVA cleaning service to everyone, especially if you are an Airbnb host. They are reliable, hardworking, very well organised. I got all 5 stars on cleaning! Everything was done smoothly, on time and to a highest standard. Best cleaning service in London.
