My daughter placed an order over the phone and the owner took the order called the store had the employee pick out everything and I was able to get it 5 mins before the store closed, concierge service. I then saw all African Pride products are sold here and cheaper than Amazon. I told her I was coming back and loved that they didn't have a crazy upcharge like the other hair store, which is also never opened when they say they will be. Live the hours and consistency will be in tomorrow afternoon.

I ran into the store in a panic because I left my makeup kit at home in NYC by accident and didn't realize it until I was ready to go out for the night. I was met at the front door by a very accommodating kind woman who, with less than a half an hour until closing, let me come in, buy all my cosmetics (about $85.00 worth) and did my face right there in the store using the store mirror. You can't beat Ruby Kisses products when you are in a jam. I am forever thankful for the rescue!
