Beware of this company. Use any other provider. Our doctor ordered IV infusion for my husband, a lymphoma patient. On Jan 3 I received phone contact regarding delivery. I received follow up call from April who said she had not been able to verify from Northwest Community Discharge Team or Nurses station, what products to send. The IV product and supplies sent to our home. I checked the inventory sheet seeing the company had sent heparin, a product which would cause critical harm. I cannot recommend this company highly! I was with a large “competitor” previously and the service at IV Solutions is so above and beyond. They answer calls live, respond quickly and explain everything clearly. The office staff, nurses, pharmacists and delivery drivers are ALL helpful, friendly, reliable and informative.
