Colin is the best of the best!
My mother was a patient at IV solutions for a few months and they were so great and understanding. Any time we needed them they were available and never once seemed irritated by our needing them at inconvenient times. If ever I need their services I would gladly go back to IV Solutions. They are top notch and go above and beyond their call of duty.
IV solutions in Lubbock is amazing. Everyone I talk to is so nice and helpful. They call monthly to see if I need refills and make sure I know when a prescription has been mailed and when to expect it. I have yet to experience anything negative with them. As a cf patient I really appreciate how hard they work for me.
Unbelievably incompetent. I am a CF patient and NEED to have the meds that keep me alive delivered on time. I filled a prescription for an inhaled antibiotic last Friday and finally called today (Wednesday) to check on the status after having not received it. Turns out, the patient care rep just "forgot" to actually fill the med. She literally had ONE JOB and failed at it. I now have to wait even longer. I wish I could give these idiots NEGATIVE stars, but unfortunately, 1 star is as low as Google allows.
