Very unreliable. BUT James is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to pools. He can tell you what is wrong with your Pool from 50’ away. I’m amazed at the knowledge he has regarding pools. He never uses the words “ can’t be fixed”. He always has a positive attitude and is a very personable person. I just wish he were more reliable .
