Don’t use this service. Terrible experience. Bill wasn’t honored that was part of the agreement, and when called 5 times after getting notice after notice they always shrugged me off with a “I will get back to you” and a week later, I get threatened collections. Whatever.
They delivered as promised, always making sure I had supplies, and medications.
Catchy name, Ivy League ha ha. This place used to be really good. They were very efficient and pleasant. As of 2025 this infusion, Pharmacy has turned into a nightmare, a nightmare of incompetence, an uncaring staff, they can’t seem to get an order together to deliver it on time. The employees at Ivy League seem to think that the patient can go without their infusion for 24 hours and it’s no big deal even though the doctor ordered it two days ago.
