pesimo seevicio, mande mi carro ponchado y mi garantia era para reemplazar la llanta, pero la señora que me ayudo no quiso reemplasarla, por que ella quiso solo la parcho, aún cuando yo hable con los de la garantia y me dijieron que si era reemplazo, ella dijo no que sola la parchen, luego desconectaron la camara de mi carro para usarlo, y me di cuenta por el millaje y las millas, al preguntar el motivo por el cual desconectaron mi camara me dijieron que era porque a la hora de reparar el auto es ilegal grabar, y solo ivan a... read more

I have bought 2 cars with Imperial Valley Hyundai. Unfortunately I took my car for an oil change service. When they gave me my car back I noticed my sunglasses were missing. Apparently some one from the service department stole them. I talked to supervisor; he told me that he was going to take care of it . It’s been months and he hasn’t call me.
