Told me the total price with transportation for an ozone iv would be under $400. It was not. My card was charged and they will not rectify the situation even though they clearly miscommunicated. They take Ubers for hundreds of dollars on your dime when they could use $5 public transit, their own car, or regular cab which is half the price. Quite a luxury for them, again on your dime. Feels wrong. On top of it, these iv’s always give me a little boost of energy after…I felt absolutely nothing after. Biggest waste of money.
Great experience overall. The space was calm and comfortable, and the process was easy from start to finish. Andrea was incredibly sweet and caring and made the whole experience relaxing. I actually started to feel it working halfway through the drip. Would definitely come back.
