I've always meant to come back here to review these construction bandits. Some family members of mine purchased a property built by Iurada about 4 or 5 years ago. BEWARE of the Galerie Project built with LDS Property. Kyle and the team at LDS built the Altum apartments in Highett which is around 2 years old but has had issues non stop the major of which is water proofing works not done properly by Skillstech Tiling which did the work with LDS. Now Kyle is conveniently ignoring the issues with not just one apartment but almost all apartments in the building leaving the tenants to cough up big sums to money to have things repaired. if you buy a project associated with lds beware and hav... read more
Bad builder. They appoint cheap contractors to get the job done, and their QC is bad so did not rectify the defects. They also had trouble finding the contractors to come back fix the issues.
Cool people
Daniel, the director, is an absolute star to work with. He never needs chasing up and does what he says he's going to do. Have lived in many off the plan properties and the build is solid - everything is built with polish and no shortcuts. Very very happy. Aside from that Daniel is just a really nice genuine guy.
