My appointment was at 2:15, and at 3:30 I walked without seeing the doctor. The next day they called and accused me of walking out. Then said they couldn’t reschedule because they were missing the insurance authorization.
Dr Torres removed a portion of my mom's colon 2 days ago and the whole experience with Dr Torres was fabulous. Most surgeons are known for lacking good bedside manners, but NOT Dr Torres!! She is vivacious and very informative while explaining all that would be occurring. As promised, my mom felt no real pain after surgery because of Dr Torres' protocol of keeping her patients on a Tylenol IV for the first 3 days. My mom and I were amazed! Dr Torres is wonderful!
Dr. Torres is a wonderful surgeon, very knowledgeable and helpful! She made me feel very comfortable with my gallbladder procedure before and after surgery. Her staff is also very helpful!
