Carried my mom there today I had to leave my work and drive an hour to get her on a Friday traffic was bad. Her appointment was at 3 she was late I got her there at 3:21. They proceeded to tell me that because she was 20 mins late they wouldn't see her. But yet if you get there on time you have to wait almost an hour to see the doctor. My mom really needs a good doctor. But this just proved they don't care about humans.
Not the first time, but certainly the last ! Few years back I was forgotten in the exam room for 90 minutes. I walked out. Approximately two hours later the office staff did call and apologize that I they had forgotten about me. So theoretically I could have waited on their exam for 3 hours & 30 minutes. July 13th 2025 I found there office open on Sunday. I had a minor eye injury and needed medical intervention. Basically no patients since it's early Sunday morning. Basically no patients sense it's early Sunday morning. But again I'm left in the exam room for over 40 minutes . I'll suffer through and go to my eye Doctor Monday. Customer service is seriously lacking. What's important seems to be front office cellphones and I could hear lots of laughter and gossip while I cool my heels in the exam room. Really a... read more
