I use another small town pharmacy but this one was hoping. First time in for someone else and had me in and out in 10-15 minutes. Everyone greets you and makes sure you know all you need to know about your prescriptions.
I am very disappointed in how your employee talked to me this morning. March 14th i called on Thursday. They said I could pick my medicine up on the 13 or maybe 14th. Don't know his name but short, real young black headed. He told me I could just find a new drugstore. Because February only had 28 days talk to other customers. They got their medication field the same day what on the bottle. I just had surgery. Them talking to me like that just made me hurt worse.
I'm in the hospital having a major surgery .I called Iuka discount drug store ahead of time to make sure my daughter could pick up all my medication in one trip because she works three different jobs they led me to believe she would get all the medications which she did not so now she has to make an extra trip. I've never had to pay for medications for the last 17 years.I moved to this area and I go to this pharmacy each time I go , they charge me for a medication. Which dont make no sense. As soon as I feel better, I will get into the bottom of it.Same medication ive gotten for all these years has never cost me a dime , until i got in with this pharmacy
