IUIH + Mater midwifes are phenomenal! The family support workers, midwifes, nurse etc… are always there when you need them. They have amazing events on for all ages kids at the hub often and supportive of all family members not just mum and babies.
I went through Salisbury with my first bub back in 2020 an had such an amazing pregnancy. My midwife Helen an my support worker Lauretta, i cannot thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable. I looked forward to going to my appointments, they always answered my calls or questions when id contact them. When i found out i was pregnant again 2023 i was eager to go back cause the treatment just made me feel so supported an powerful however this time round i did not feel any support at all. They pick and choose who they want to help or they will help you for so long then make excuses that there unable to help cause of funding when it's ment to be a 3 year family support Aileen one of the worker stop working with us in a year was told that she was going to get her manager to call us back we are still waiting for them to contact us so they've just gave up on contacting uback The food hampers they get fofamily they're staff have gone through to put food away for themselves it looks like just another black organisa... read more
Was coming here after being referred by my doctor throughout my pregnancy and I enjoyed the experience and services offered and I am extremely grateful, I loved this service as I am new to this area and have no close friendships or family support here and I found all the staff lovely especially the midwife staff
In love with the community base, so many activities for bubs, toddlers and parents ❤️ transport if you need amazing staff and always friendly and helpful
