The most recent experience I've had with them hasn't been that great. I was already at IU West for an appointment so I stopped by the pharmacy to ask about a prescription that my doctor sent over. They told me in the pharmacy that it wasn't covered... They never bothered to call or text me about this which other retail pharmacies do that daily. Not sure about using them again.
A little confused at first with my Prescription. However, they got it figured out they were super nice returning calls and received my prescription right when they said.
Went to get a prescription for my granddaughter what a joke I had never been there no directions on what entrance the pharmacy was at gps took me to the women's side of building on east side of the hospital the pharmacy is on west side main entrance l worst place ever to get a prescription if you have never been there before
