Set appt for 8:06. Arrived 7:50. Attempted to register via kiosk, but required staff d/t first time using their services. Completed registration around 8:11. Many people waiting, no sitting available. Noted per screen with name and wait times that I was at 15 min wait. Other names kept being added ahead of everyone waiting and the staff was extremely slow. I was posted as 2nd in line with 0 to 3 min which then changed to 10 min and it was 8:50. So I left. Never plan to return. People should be treated better. Poor system
Worst experience today, phlebotomist answered her phone then helped another tech while she’s asking me personal questions. Worst of all she missed my being twice. 40 minute wait. Never again here
Just a pain to get what you want. Spent. 30 plus minutes trying to schedule a future lab date and have come to the conclusion you can’t do this.
