The man at the counter is very rude. He takes up 30 minutes to get someone an appointment scheduled making every one behind that person late. If you’re going to talk for 40 minutes go in the back. Not where people need to be checking in at.
Calling in after 8:10 am. Phone portal continues to tell you office is closed. Waiting weeks and days to get scheduled now into months. WHO runs this outfit?
The professionals at this facility helped me when I arrived at the office after getting really stressed out . They were very patient and kind.
Worst experience ever. Took my 90 yo grandma there on Monday. Waited almost an hour and the staff didn’t get a small enough sample size. Back again today and waited another 15 minutes for another sample. Hoping they do it right this time. The front desk staff pretend to be nice, but so t care about the patient and their wait tomes
I've not had any problems with IU Urology. Everyone is respectful and courteous. I am looking forward to having this procedure done by one of the best in the field.
