I'd been dealing with a mysterious lump on my chest for about a month and finally decided I should probably get it looked at. Turns out it was a cyst, and the amazing PA was able to drain it completely so it hopefully doesn't return. I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful, and I'm sure that's not the procedure she expected to be doing today! Thank you so much!
Don't bother. "We stopped taking new patients" at 11am. Longest wait times in Hamilton county. I am revising my 5-star review after 5 years of loving this med check. The staff is great, but the last two visits, Dec 2024 & Feb 2025, they had stopped taking patients by 11am. Sometimes they say you must use the website. Sometimes the website does not work. Don't bother trying, just go to another med check.
We got turned away on a Saturday, almost 2 hours before closing, with one person in the waiting room and a handful of cars in the parking lot. Thankfully there is a competitor across the street that actually wants to treat patient!
Don't bother with the 'save a spot'. I had the 2pm spot and am still waiting at 4pm. Was told when I came in that it would be 15-30 minute wait. Just tell people the truth. I would have come back tomorrow and avoided setting in a waiting room with others that are alot sicker than me. Nurse and PA were very nice and efficient.
Wondered how they got a score of 4.3. Absolutely 0! It is URGENT care, but no one was in the front desk at 1:30 - later were told she was in lunch. With a sick kid after waiting for half an hour, the checkout lady later stepped up to check us in and told us to wait another 1.5 hrs or longer. We just went away and turned to another urgent care nearby. Cold blooded people with 0 care to patience.
