My visit this morning was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at an IU facility in a long time. From the front desk gal, to the nurse, doctor, lab tech and X-ray tech……. They were ALL super. It was quick and very professional.
I was seen by doctor Kaitlin Thomas and she’s hands down the best most understanding helpful doctor i’ve ever had!! every other doctor gives me the run around and doesn’t want to listen to my symptoms but she listened to every single one and helped me the most she could and we could use more doctors like that! she went above and beyond and i couldn’t feel more cared for. thank you doctor kaitlin!
Polite, professional, and helpful. They listened, communicated clearly, and made my visit a positive one.
After having a health issue looked into for my daughter (who then got tested at Riley in Indy), these people told us we had to reschedule our 3 kids appointments (yearly checkups scheduled a year in advance) to September and tried to do it 3 different dates/times, because their doctor scheduled a day off. Not only is this inconvenient for us, it’s terrible patient care AND is putting our kids at risk with their schools/daycares by not being up-to-date on medical records in time for the new school year.
