This urgent care was pretty nice, my first time visiting. The wait time was a bit long considering they weren't that busy, but not horrible. Front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming. The nurse was amazing and had an exceptional bedside manner! The Dr was very nice, listened to my concerns, and ordered appropriate testing and follow-up care. The place was very nice and clean. The environment was warm. I'd go back, and I'd recommend.
Becky was SO sweet when I arrived. She (and the other lady there) seem like the perfect people to greet and provide reassurance to people that need care. The doctor, Rachael, I believe, was excellent, as was my nurse (a week ago today, afternoon). I also got a call the next day with a check-up on how I was doing. Great experience overall
As a healthcare provider myself I am extremely disappointed in the experience we had with this IU urgent care facility. I cannot comment on the care they provide, as they refused to see my 3 year old daughter who we brought in with fever, headache, and ear pain. We arrived 40 minutes before their scheduled close time and were told they were not taking anymore patients. 2/26/25 Turned away with my child after waiting 5-7 minutes in line with 3 other people who had sick babies (under 3 clearly) at 730 when they don't close until 8. The receptionist came into her office bubble and saw all of us waiting but did not acknowledge us until she came back to tell us they were not seeing any more patients. They were also the only place in Hendricks county to currently have flu tests and refused to test a toddler with a 101+ fever. Change hours or professions cause this ain't it!
