I took my mom to this urgent care tonight. We drove all the way from Greencastle, Indiana (45 minute drive). Their hours stayed open until 8pm. We arrived at 7:40, and we were turned away as we were told they were no longer taking walk ins. Why even post your hours online as 8pm if you are going to turn patients away. I was told to take her to the ER instead. Of course, my mom did not want to go to the ER. I barely got her to go to a Med Check Urgent Care! Needs the ability to draw blood for testing. Would take a load off of the Hospital emergency room. Otherwise very clean and pleased with my experience.
I’ve never have had a bad experience using the IU Urgent Care Center in Avon. Very professional and timely with my visit.
Very friendly and caring staff. They worked very hard to remove a contact out of my eye. Then they sent me to their eye doctor. I felt taken care of.
