My minor child was getting a physical and told the doctor she gets out of breath when she run a lot. She FAILED her physical and took my money. My daughter explained it was the common feeling and she refused to take her word or mine that she has no breathing issues. They were very rude and the NP should not be allowed to see patients anymore
Checked in at 8:20 AM and didn’t get called by the doctor until around 10:00 AM. It took almost 2 hours even though there were only 3 patients ahead of me. Pretty bad experience. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else. After getting into the room, I still had to wait another 10 minutes. I really don’t know what takes so long behind the scenes, but the wait time was way too long and frustrating. Terrible service at IU Urgent Care in Avon. The ladies at the front desk were great, and the medical assistant was also kind and helpful. Then came the doctor. I gave the MA all the information regarding the concerns I needed treatment for. The doctor walked in, did not introduce herself, did the most minimal check, and said she would be back to do further tests/checks. To my surprise, I was instead completely discharged. Lazy!! They close at 8. We arrived at 6:30, nearly empty waiting room. Reception do not greet until I initiated our reason for visit. Response “we’re not taking any more walk ins” and went back to her screen.
Place was very clean front staff was Awesome along with nurses and Doctor was great
