I have had two colonoscopies here and both experiences were very positive. Excellent staff, and great communication before and after. Very efficient process overall.
The anesthesiologist messed up and didn’t give me enough anesthesia, I woke up in the middle and felt them scraping my eye. I couldn’t speak so I turned my head. Afterwards, I was barely in recovery not coherent at all and the nurse was going over my discharge information. I remembered none of it and I asked to repeat it because I had no idea what she said. I wasn’t allowed to have anyone with me, my driver wasn’t given any aftercare instructions. They rushed me out worse than cattle. I’d never go back to this surgery center... read more
I had cataract surgery Monday, 7-24-2023. The entire staff, from the front desk, the "prep nurse" to the '"out door" was FANTASIC! ALL the staff took great care of me. My only complaint; no vodka for my post procedure drink ;^) ;^) I'll be returning Monday, 7-31-2023 for my 2nd cataract surgery, and can hardly wait! My experience here ranks with my surgeries at IOH and West 86th St Vincent Hospital, which means FANTASTIC!!!
