Every time I have to speak with someone here they are overwhelmingly degrading, unprofessional, disrespectful. I’ve waited over a year to be seen and continuously get canceled or scheduled out an additional 10 months. My previous doctor retired and she was wonderful. She diagnosed me and required I be seen once a month. Now since she’s retired 2+ years ago I have only been seen once! I cannot express how horrendous my whole experience with them has been.
IU Health's team did an amazing job during my labor, delivery, and postpartum. I had an extremely traumatic labor & delivery (no fault of them) and they did an incredible job making sure both my baby and myself were safe and cared for. I had a handful of absolutely incredible nurses who left even my family impressed!
They threw away my pap smear. Getting a pap smear sample is a vulnerable thing to endure and my sample was carelessly thrown away. When they called to inform me they spoke about it casually and just asked me to come back and do it again. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I chose here for my pregnancy because of the midwives, and I’ll say I loved every one of them! They were amazing and listened to every concern I had. During L&D and postpartum the nurses and staff were AMAZING! Also I appreciate the anesthesiologist who did my epidural (which was not originally planned but the pain I was experiencing was unbearable) because I was screaming in that poor man’s ears. Had diarrhea for 5 weeks. I called nurse line and told them this and they weren't concerned, even though I told them I had eaten lunch meat, sushi, and had scooped the litter box. 3 days is bad enough, but 5 WEEKS?! I didn't gain any weight at all in my 2nd trimester. Who knows who this will affect my baby. I went through my psychiatrist instead based out of Indy to order me labs and a stool sample. My psychiatrist said it could be due to coming off a med I was on or gestational diabetes (or listeria or toxiplasmosis). Turns... read more
