I felt like just another patient at this office. They take a team-based approach, so you never really know which OB you will meet when you do finally meet with them. I have no idea when you actually get to meet with an OB. I switched care at 20 weeks and still had yet to meet one. It was all nurses up until that point. I have had the worst healthcare experience of my entire life here. It is so impersonal. It really just feels like a transaction. You would think bringing life into this world would guarantee you the best healthcare and compassion experience, however here, it is the complete opposite. I have seen a different provider each time I was there. Brian Cook at this OB/GYN practice was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. He pushed birth control on my wife and suggested I get a vasectomy, despite her objections, he continued pressure her and to jab at large families and religious practices with snide remarks about Catholics and birth control. He insulted me, her husband, by mocking my larger family, and made rude comment about my "poor" mother.
