Autumn Nonte put me on a strong PPI the first time I ever spoke to her, which I now believe I never should have been prescribed in the first place. I was on this drug for way longer than someone in my position should’ve been, during which these offices delayed my previously scheduled appointment by 2 months, TWICE. Now my symptoms from trying to get off of this medicine because of the pain it caused are worse than they ever were to begin with. Thanks for the worst year of my life.
Scheduled for a procedure before I even spoke to the doctor. The day of the procedure, he popped in and said something about swallowing, which wasn’t my problem. I told him what I was there for, he said same thing. And popped out. After that, I was scheduled for the same procedure a week later. No idea why, still haven’t talked to the doctor. After being scheduled for this same thing three times, I just quit. Still never talked to the doctor.

I had a colonoscopy this morning at IMA Bloomington, my 4th. The RNs during and after my procedure are at a special level. They made extra effort to ease my discomfort. So polite! I wanted to hug them afterwards but wasn't able to.
