HATE that you can't speak to a person when you phone.. Waiting for a call back the next day is really annoying.
I've had great experiences. I've been in urgent care with a kidney stone, upper respiratory infections, tick bite that became swollen and red and all were handled promptly, professionally and without issue. Since I am new to the area (2020) I needed a local pcp and have been seeing John Steen. He is compassionate, attentive, professional, and I have no issues with my care. 1Hr 30 Min wait time is unacceptable. Please don't give me the jargon you give to all those who leave a bad rating. Just fix it.
They tell you they will call you back and they don't. I've called 3 times this week and get told we will call youback after we apeak to the doctor and no one bother to do what they said they would do. Its irritating as hell
