I am appalled my 81 year old mother came in on Thursday before noon with a severe UTI and serious external yeast infection. She has had a fever, nausea, back ache and so uncomfortable with frequent urination urgency and so raw she could hardly stand clothing. Y’all sent her home with nothing more than a topical ointment to put on the yeast infection and told her she would find out MONDAY confirmation of a UTI before antibiotics would be dispensed. The staff at the Paoli office has been great to me. Especially Holly and Katlyn. However the entire staff treated me like I mattered to them.
The staff at the Paoli office has been great to me. Especially Holly and Katlyn. However the entire staff treated me like I mattered to them.
My children were treated like an annoyance and were accused and scorned for false accusations made by the nurse. Very disappointed
