This place is a complete nightmare. Dr McBride is a god who is impossible to see. He forces you to see the nurse practitioner. She is very competent and compassionate. However, the woman who sits by herself in front of a computer looking at the schedule, not taking phone calls, and not doing anything is a major problem. She is the one who takes whatever orders you got during your appointment. At that point, you enter her orbit of disregard. Communication is absolutely horrible for new patients. Save yourself the headache, and avoid the Bloomington office.
I was at the sleep lab on the evening of 09/09/24. I was told,having been on CPAP nearly 30 years,and,due to me asking to be retested to keep records in this area, long story,I was hooked up to wires lije it was my first time. I had no issue with this. The tech came in about 1:30 and said I met criteria to have a mask put on We tried 5 Separate masks before we found one that fit better than the others No air leak. Great if you like paying $6000 for inconclusive sleep study results. I have asked repeatedly why the cost is so high and have not gotten any straight response. Absolutely ridiculous…
