I have been trying to speak with someone for weeks. My wife and I have left multiple messages. This is beyond upsetting and is really uncalled for. I had sleep study (2 of them) and got diagnosed and cpap was ordered but no one called me to pick up. I have called so many times. I just want to sleep is that too much to ask….
Very dissatisfied with customer service. I have had two separate instances calling the Sleep Education Center. I left a message to be called back - never got a call back. Had to call again. The most recent was Sept 23. I called and left message at 9:20am with issue on my face mask (new one). I got a return call message on 9/25 at 3:38pm - 2 days later.
