Terrible experience with having a surgery cancelled while in the waiting room for the surgery. Very poor communication. Staff was very kind though, this wasn't an error on their end.
The outpatient surgery center staff were pleasant and quick to do each of their jobs, making my procedure go smoothly and be a relatively pain free experience.
Kind, professional people
