My husband was discharged to early from the hospital without enough care at home. No care plan .
The PA, Harvey Mills, was the best 10/10 recommend. Give this guy a raise.
My mom went in and was dismissed as stress and anxiety and (her symptoms do not whatsoever exhibit stress or anxiety) she then was talked to like she was stupid by the discharge nurse (as well as the doctor) My mom tried advocating for herself and I tried advocating for her and was shut down by the doctor. The discharge nurse never introduced herself and flipped her name tag around as to hide who she was. From the front desk receptionist to the nurses/lab tech/ CT tech and doctor… i was treated amazingly! I’m an RN of 40 years. Everyone was kind, attentive to my needs, caring and thorough! Impressed with each team member… and they worked together as a team! I was in pain and scared…. They took good care of me and covered everything needed. Please thank them again for me! This was night shift and they were very busy.
