2 hours 45 and haven’t made it out of the waiting room
Meredith Vogel Emergency Triage nurse was extremely nasty, unprofessional and very rude. My mom had to return to emergency 1 day after a major surgery you’d think the “Nurse” would be more passionate, understanding and most importantly professional. When my mom name was called the entire support team (family) begin walking towards the 1st waiting room area -Meredith rudly shouted “only the patient needs to be seen everyone doesn’t need to come back here” I politely responded “no problem” she was very dismissive and begin to ... read more
Everyone was kind, efficient and thorough. Thank you guys!
2.5 hour wait and still sitting here. Just need some stitches. They haven’t even taken anyone back for over an hour. Do NOT come to this ER unless it is a certain life threatening situation. Even then St.Vincent is just across the street.
The staff act as if they have enough time in the world and don’t act fast to an emergency in the emergency room.
