Long wait absolutely ridiculous no haste in an emergency room I don’t know how this place is still opened place needs knocked down and everyone needs to be fired.
A really great experience at the IUH Saxony emergency room. I came in in the most discomfort I have ever felt due to a kidney infection! The triage nurses were polite and quick, was brought back quickly. I know this varies on the time of day that you come in as the afternoons are always busier.) my nurse Austin was great very communicative. Very compassionate. 2 hours 45 and haven’t made it out of the waiting room
Meredith Vogel Emergency Triage nurse was extremely nasty, unprofessional and very rude. My mom had to return to emergency 1 day after a major surgery you’d think the “Nurse” would be more passionate, understanding and most importantly professional.
