Absolutely the worst er experience I have had. Rude and unprofessional nursing staff. The provider thought I might have appendicitis but never did any kind of physical exam. At one point my nurse told me to read the board on the wall when I asked a question. Not clean. This is very disappointing when the hospital is promoting great new service and care. They should pay more attention to the current care being provided.
The IU Saxony ER facility and those who work within it are exceptional. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this location for your emergency healthcare needs.
I am a RN and expect to be well cared for in a professional manner. The ED department is well organized. I felt safe snd comfortable in the ED. Received excellent treatment.
The people there are some of the nicest, most professional and caring people in healthcare I have come across. Always treated wonderfully! Well done everyone!!
