Excellent customer service from the ladies at the front desk to the radiology techs and they were very efficient. My appointment was at 7:40am for a heart scan. I got there a little early and was leaving by 7:41am.
I'm giving them 2 stars because the techs are amazing but the wait time for the results to be read is HORRIBLE. This is the 3rd time I have had to wait for 5+ days for results to be read. This is ridiculous.
The tech was wonderfully kind
I was in for my first ever MRI. The check in was incredibly quick and easy. The procedure went smoothly and the radiology techs were very helpful and friendly!
I always go here so they have a good comparison. Love the location, the hospital IU Saxony is so easy to get around. And Sarah was my Tech this time and she was great.
