Highway robbery
Now that they are part of IU Health no one answers the phones and it takes 5-7 days for radiology results. SIRA was much better
Girlfriend had a couple of tests done and very friendly staff and very knowledgeable
Walk in X-rays are a joke. They’re open 7 days a week but they don’t have anywhere that they don’t do X-rays on Sundays, so that was a waste of time. Then go in at around 8am on a Tuesday and am told it would be a half hour to 45 minutes because of a “procedure”. Then after waiting 10 minutes or so I’m told it’ll be at least an hour because of said “procedure”. If you offer walk in X-rays, then why aren’t there radiologists specifically for that? Or just take appointments! I miss SIRA!
