Well I can no longer go back to my doctor because I told the lady if she dig the needle around in my arm I was going to punch her in her face good riddance all the nurses at IU Health suck And for context I had previously went to a appointment an a nurse was drawing my blood and she dug the needle around in my arm and when I yelled out she asked me did it hurt yes she was a white woman so I told the next the next nurse that was drawing my blood that she dug around in my arm I was going to hit her in her face was I wrong prob... read more
Terrible experience bad customer service, takes 40 minutes for them to answer the phone, when it says ten minute wait. Every time I call them. This is not a good establishment
Walked into the office for some important results secretary with short hair said my appointment was missed even thought the card we where giving was set for the time I was there she was extremely rude and ignorant so sad since me and my family have been going there for years
I recommend this place to anybody the doctor I had. She was nice and explained everything to you if you had any questions were answer them for you no problem. As long as she’s there. I’m going to stay here at this doctors office. Everybody in here is nice and helpful, definitely recommend to anybody. My old doctors office switched over to a different company not saying. I will begin by saying this is the most patient friendly health care facility I've been to in a long time my apologies for having a complete meltdown at the front desk because I panicked for absolutely nothing I'm ok that's what they was trying to tell me but they have to talk to the patient about the results I understand now and in the future I will remain calm I pray thank you for your patience again I'm sorry for my crybaby behavior I'm a grown up
