Took 3 months to get an appointment and a week to get blood test results
We did walk in labs for my almost 2 year old. The lab techs were great! He is not an easy one to get bloodwork on due to his veins, but they did great! The office was very clean, and we will definitely be back if we need further bloodwork or imaging, as his primary providers are down at Riley in Indy!
The neurology receptionist is so rude and passive aggressive. If she is not willing to work with compassion and understanding of the office’s patients, then she should be dealt with. If you reread any of the reviews that are low ratings, it is 80% about reception and scheduling.
