I have been at this facility for an appointment with neurology and for an MRI. Everyone I had contact with was kind and helpful. Dr Gupta listened and ordered appropriate testing to obtain rhe information necessary to make a diagnosis and to treat a condition that had gone undiagnosed for years. Other significant things worth mentioning, this is not just a facility for primary care, but also for neurology, cardiology, lab, radiology and more. I highly recommend.
This was my first time at this office and my husband had to work so I had to bring my two young kids to the appointment with me. I had a very early appointment so naturally my daughter wasn’t in the best mood and started throwing a fit. The staff came in and asked if they could take her out of the room and played with her and gave her toys and entertained her so I could finish my appointment! Dr Jeffery Witt performed my vasectomy and the procedure was a failure. I was given a lame excuse of an angle hair vas deferen that was present; however, when I went to a different Dr. to have the procedure done again, he disagreed with Dr. Witt. I have been trying to address this issue with IU Health for over 3 years and I get no reply or rude treatment from the staff that I speak with. To be fair not all staff is rude, but a majority are.
