Today I had to go to IU West for pre-admission Testing for hip replacement surgery. I got there and walked into the office about 7:45 am. There was a receptionist sitting at the desk, but did not greet me or anything, so I sat down and waited until 7:50 am, she then said that my appointment was not until 8:45am, ok, so I tell her I will just come back in a few minutes.
