Every interaction I had in this appointment was a positive one. The front desk reception was kind and helpful, the MA who roomed me was thorough, professional, and very pleasant. Dr Vonderhaar took his time to answer all my questions - no matter how silly they seemed to me - giving me advise and not just trying to sell me on procedures I don't really need.
