IU West doesn’t seem that clean when I go
Dr.Mondheim and the nurses were excellent. They were professional, caring and, kind. I felt comfortable voicing my concerns and not feeling less than. I am so glad my friend recommended this office to me.
I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for an OBGYN. While the medical care itself might be standard, the front desk staff and office communication are absolutely abysmal. I recently arrived for an appointment at 8:40 AM for an 8:45 AM slot. Despite there being five staff members behind the desk and only two patients being helped, I was forced to stand in line without acknowledgment while the other three stared at their screens.
