I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for an OBGYN. While the medical care itself might be standard, the front desk staff and office communication are absolutely abysmal. I recently arrived for an appointment at 8:40 AM for an 8:45 AM slot. Despite there being five staff members behind the desk and only two patients being helped, I was forced to stand in line without acknowledgment while the other three stared at their screens. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Fan took the time to get to know me and was very personable.
Dr. Dina is was thorough, patient, and respectful. I felt heard, not rushed, and confident in the care and treatment plan that was provided. She addressed all my questions, and made me feel supported throughout the appointment with proper care and treatment.
