All staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Fan took the time to get to know me and was very personable.
Dr. Dina is was thorough, patient, and respectful. I felt heard, not rushed, and confident in the care and treatment plan that was provided. She addressed all my questions, and made me feel supported throughout the appointment with proper care and treatment.
I love my OBGYN office! All of the staff is super kind and helpful each year I have visited! Going to the doctor’s isn’t something I’m super interested in doing but they all make it such a pleasant and comfortable experience. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses/nurse practitioners are awesome!
There are too many patients and not enough providers here. I do morning appts but they still are over scheduled and my face time with Dr or NP is usually 5 minutes. Over 2 years here and I don't feel like a patient, just a number. Today, Tammy was too rushed and distracted for me to get real care. I shouldn't have been put on the schedule.
