You make an appointment for 120pm for a 20 min appointment but you tell your patients their appointment is at 1:05pm.. why would you make your patient sit for 15 min before their appt. When I worked for IU north you didn't let your patients sit no more that 10 min and if it went over that I would always let the patient know.... what a screwed up idea this is. Now mind you this is not a new patient appt it's for an established patient...
