Let me clarify upfront that the care I’ve gotten at this location has always been medically sound. Dr That said…scheduling is a nightmare. My last 2 appointments I haven’t been seen until 45 minutes or more after my appointment time. This is unacceptable for those of us taking off work to make it to appointments. I haven’t been able to see my PCP for years as she never has availability. My annual physical was reschedule to the NP and most recently, the soonest availability for a sick visit was 2 weeks out! Very competent staff. Always friendly and caring. Happy to stay with this practice!!! Dr. Bhargava is serious, no nonsense. She knows what she is doing and I respect her opinion and I listen carefully to her and sometimes I even take notes so I don't have to bother her later! Shout out to Rebecca, her nurse. So good!!!
I was disappointed with my recent visit with Dr. Bhargava. As a breastfeeding mom, I was prescribed a medication that is not considered safe while nursing, which was concerning and made me feel like my situation wasn’t fully considered. I was also told that I “need to lose weight,” even though I’m only four months postpartum, which felt insensitive and out of touch with normal postpartum recovery.
