Dr. McLaren was on time, answered my various questions and was very professional.
This was my initial visit to Dr. Golian. During the visit, she was "fully present," while balancing the demands of her day. She had an open demeanor, was seated vs standing while typing at her laptop. She validated each of my concerns. Was honest, provided good feedback, inspiring me to make lifestyle changes. For several years, I had been looking for a good PCP. Now I have found one.
Dr. Golin takes extra time to talk, ask questions to understand the full picture of any issues you are dealing with. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable and heard. We need more doctors like this!
I stopped in to see if I could get someone to take my blood pressure in the middle of the afternoon. And was told no go to the emergency room. I requested blood pressure to be taken because I had two different devices, and I was getting very different readings on both devices..
The IU Primary Care office at 161st and Springmill Road in Westfield is wonderful facility. Staff are personable and Dr. Golian is a very kind and caring doctor. A+
