The NP demonstrated lack of compassion, and poor medical knowledge. She was short and rude and denied medical care as refused to listen. Very unprofessional and terrible treatment of a patient.
Dr Bhargava is a wonderful doctor. She is a very good listener and answers my questions with various alternatives. She is also good at following through with email questions. Thank you for all your help.
The office said I need to come in for a physical so they could continue prescribing my ALLERGY medicine. I told them I just had a physical for life insurance in the last month that is better than the physical IU would give me and I am more than happy to give them the results. Their response "well, that's not an IU Health doctor so we cannot accept the results." IU Health is not interested in health, they are interested in dinging your insurance for visits that you do not need.
