Hard to find a doctor. Found one, only to have been informed at my appointment, that they are leaving the practice.
I love this office because I can trust them to take care of me.
update- what a ludicrous response below from IU Health? As a frequent traveler (out of state/country), it’s impossible to get appointments that work, and they don’t offer telehealth appointments. Feels like 1980s tech? IU Health with its vast resources could do much better. I’ve been dealing with these same issues for several years ——————- A PCP that you can’t get an appointment with for three months has way too many patients, or she needs a nurse practitioner to assist (Dr Nonweiler).
Staff does a good job when I have any questions, the doctors and nurses have a professional work environment and I feel like my needs are met.
The whole clinic is very professional, very caring, very friendly. They respond quickly and do their very best to ensure their patients are seen as soon as possible and stay healthy. Been a patient of this clinic for over 9 years for a reason, GREAT CARE!
