Very friendly front staff. Dr. Sheller was wonderful as was her Nurse. It's been a long time since I've seen (19 years) a M.D., and I was definitely nervous. They put me at ease and listened to all my symptoms. I'm very glad I came to IU Primary.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment, but when I arrived, I was informed I could not be seen because I wasn’t there by 12:45 PM. This early arrival policy was never communicated to me when booking. The front desk staff member who handled this was highly unprofessional and had an attitude, rather than trying to help resolve the issue. If customers are turned away for arriving exactly at their scheduled time, your booking system needs to be reevaluated.
We love Dr Smartt and her office. She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manner.
