My doctor left IU health and I was trying to get information about obtaining a new primary physician. I was told there was none available until October. When I asked if I could get transferred to the new incoming physician I was told I could not and would have to call back in October and then schedule an appointment just to get established with a new doctor. Patient messaging system is total crap, everything else great including staff. Dr De Jesus is exceptionally great.
Great Doctor and always professional and caring.
Dr Adkins listens carefully and takes my complaints seriously. She offers good advice and I trust her.
