Dr. Pollom always listens to my concerns and asks questions to clarify. His office staff are courteous and efficient at all times. I wish Dr. Pollom happiness in his retirement.
I had a heart attack. I'm in my 70's. At IUWest I have a team caring for me. My GP, Pharmacist, cardiologist, and nutritionist. I feel well taken care of.
My team of Dr. & staff are very professional and very friendly, listen to all my concerns and also hold a conversation about other things beside my condition. Treat you just like family.
When I walk in, the staff is friendly and helpful. When I am seen by a doctor or staff, they are great at offering help and advice and wisdom to make me feel better. When a person visits a hospital, they are generally stressed and worried about what they are experiencing. But your hospital makes it a wonderful experience from the moment you walk and throughout the process. Thank you for that. You guys are awesome.
