I would have given 1 star if not for the very polite front office workers. My daughter had an ear infection and they said they called in the medicine at 8 am. 3 hours later and CVS didn't have it. I tried calling the office to find out what was going on. They didn't answer. I called 30 times total over the course of 2 hours to save myself a 20 minute drive, because mind you, I have a sick child. I finally have to drive in to get the medicine called in for a 2nd time. Very rude and unprofessional. My daughter and 3 children were there to get help. After waiting 2.5 hours in a room with her crying sick children the attending health attendant was rude and refused to give the children medical attention. Reason he said was that the mother hasn't given them anything (over the counter) medication and she has no health provider for the children. I thought these people sign an oath to help others in need not to act judgemental and give no aid! This might have real consequences!!!
Hours posted say open till 7:00. I drove an hour to get here and they won’t see my sick child because they “ might” not get out by 7:00. It’s 6:00🤬
