Honestly if you can drive to Bedford. My partner was having difficulty breathing we were the only ones there for 45 min and the doctor never visited our room, they then used other patients being there as an excuse even though again for the first 45 minutes we were the only ones in the ER.I will state nurse Vickie, or it may have been Nicky (sorry if am terrible with names) was a delight and very kind.
I would of given a zero star. I came in for an ultrasound cause I was having signs of a miscarriage. Doctor refused services told me to follow up with my regular doctor that is out right now. Very disrespectful doctor. Never will I go back to this hospital.
Nurse vickie and dr radd made me feel better just with their attitudes and carin manner hell the entire staff by far the best er expeirence ive ever had i would drive 2 hours to go back they truly care and want you to leave feeling better. THANK YOU IU PAOLI ER
