We visited the local ER in Paoli, Indiana, and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. The care was incredibly fast, and we were in and out much quicker than expected without ever feeling rushed. The staff made us feel comfortable, and the treatment we received was outstanding. We are truly grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of emergency medical attention.

I was left in the MRI machine for an hour and 45 minutes!! I was taken back by a woman at 4:15pm she told me it could take up to 45 minutes. She had me in the machine less than 5 minutes after she took me back . She started the machine and never said a word. I passed out. I woke to a different technician shutting the machine down. I asked the time he said it was close to 5:30pm I asked him what happened an why did it take so long. He said it looked like everything went fine. I asked him where the original tech had went. My wife has been here twice this week with back pain, and has recieved nothing but top shelf care!! Dr.carolton and Dr. Wavle were extremely polite and had excellent bedside manner. The RN'S Peggy & Stacy were both extremely considerate and professional. Nothing bad to say aboutcthe E.R., check in was smooth and fast, and the care she recieved was nothing less than professional.
