Staff was awesome. Took very good care of me and my needs
This was a great experience; organized, friendly staff, concerned and thorough nurse pracitioner, X-ray techs. I was in, cared for and on my way home in under 90 minutes. Wait time was minimal.
The office is unable to complete surgery prep. I was scheduled for surgery tomorrow but was not told which medications I should hold, nor was the paperwork I received two business days before the scheduled surgery comprehensive enough to include what should be held. Sadly, my family, my employment, and myself had arranged our schedules around the surgery. Less than 18 hours before my arrival time, they call to inform me it has been cancelled. Be aware that this office allows employees to bring their dogs to work. While speaking to a nurse during business hours, multiple dogs were barking in the background. This seems like it should be a health code violation for an office providing medical care, but I wouldn't expect anything different from a place as bad as IU Health. So, of you're allergic to dogs, getting any treatment at this facility might be more detrimental to your health.
