I had a blood draw on August 7th, 2024 and was apprehensive because I am needle phobic. Jasmine informed me that if she couldn't see an available vein that she would not attempt the blood draw which made me feel quite comfortable. She got it with no problem Excellent job Jasmine

My daughter has lab work done so often at IU North lab. Lab technicians are extremely skilled and patient. My daughter loves this lab and if you can book appointment online, you can get the lab done very fast. We will not go to any other lab but IU north.
This lab is a sham!!! They tell people that they can walk in—when you get there and register, you learn that you’re at the bottom of the line, and you have to wait two hours for bloodwork. This is a shameful and disturbing way to treat people.
