Poor customer service. My mom who is post stroke missed her appointment. The women who we talked to was rude, and dismissive of my concern for getting a new appointment, said she was trying to help, but couldn’t get her in until late April. Disappointed with the experience all around. Hire better people to do scheduling, that actually care about the patients and their individual needs!
Nasty attitude on the phone , I’m having problems with the VA and your staff wants to give me attitude because nobody gave me proper communication or notice about my upcoming appointment, you can take that attitude and put it where the sun doesn’t shine, my health is more important than your ego
I truly appreciated how my voice was heard with Dr. Santiago and his staff. Top tier in my opinion. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at this office. Jackie was very pleasant with check in and made it go very smooth. I had Dr Terri Hufford, first time she was very thorough with me. She did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. Sarah G. she made the check out very quick and easy. It was overall a great experience
I had a truly unpleasant experience and left the office in tears. Dr. Gupta lost patience with me reading off my symptoms and kept hurrying me, saying he had to see the other patients. I had been waiting 6 months to see a specialist before my family dr told me of this new clinic that i could get in quickly. He didn't even let me finish before he said he didn't know why my doctor sent me to him and that I needed to see a different kind of dr. I had never had a doctor leave mid sentence before.
