I feel Dr. Reed provided reasonable information and that his diagnosis was fair. He is through with his exams and strives to understand my issue.
Staff is friendly efficient welcoming and compassionate. Dr Gary Rusk is an amazing neurologist, explaining so I understand, answering questions, and providing hope.
Dr. Karel is an amazing provider. He is thoughtful, kind, and efficient! I’ve had many doctors in my health saga across different networks, but I’m migrating fully to the IU system because of the care I receive under him. It has been such a hard season, and he is GREAT!!
Dr Rusk was thorough, kind, attentive and professional. I felt seen and heard. Although he is a specialist, I did not feel my care nor his treatment was fragmented. My one visit with him was comprehensive - it was more like a visit with a PCP! The entire staff was also kind, thorough, effectively efficient! Excellent follow through… call backs, scheduling of appointments, referrals based on his treatment plan. I am extremely pleased with my care and am confident I am in good hands, no superb professional, heart driven hands!
Dr Karel actually listened to me. He’s a breath of fresh air. Love the ease of getting into this office. Communication with office staff was great. Dr. Karel explained everything in a way I could understand and orders were placed immediately. I was also able to get through to his office without effort and was called back quickly. Saxony is a beautiful facility and easy to get around in. No trouble with parking. Easy to get to.
